All your British favorite sweets and chocolates from the 1970s. You will be wishing that you could still buy your candy at 1970s prices. This 500 piece jigsaw puzzle will make your mouth water. Classics include Twix, KitKat, Milk Tray, and Maltesers, along with the children’s favorite Buttons. But do you spot any change in design or names? Spangles, the hard-boiled fizzy sweet, and Butter Snaps, the chewy toffee, are no longer found on the shelves. There is so much to remember with this delightful jigsaw; you’ll be off down memory lane. The final size is approximately 19.3” x 13.4” and the Sweet Memories puzzle is made in Britain, using a strong board. The jigsaw puzzle Sweet Memories 1970s is designed by the talented artist Robert Opie and is packaged in a cute gift tin. Now all you have to do is remember the ads that go with the candy bars.
Warning: Choking hazard. Small parts. Not for children under 3.
This was a fun puzzle; challenging enough to be worth doing, not so hard as to want to give up. Wish they had something similar with U.S. candies, but maybe the lack of familiarity is part of what made it more challenging.
